Before you register the name, find out what is already registered

We deliver findings, not an opinion: domains checked against the registry, trade marks across some seventy offices — the Spanish and EU offices included —, the phonetic neighbourhood, the handles and how your name reads in five languages. With the source and timestamp of every data point, so your lawyer can repeat the check.

Generate candidates and check one domain

Describe your business in one sentence and pick a sector. Candidates are generated in your browser by an algorithm, not by AI, so the same input always gives the same names. Click a name to check its .com: one free check per visit.

The free tool checks domains. It does not check trade marks: that is what the report does, and that is where the expensive problems are.
The report

What you get, page by page

Summary of findingsOne row per name, one flag per check. It counts flags; it does not choose for you.
DomainsTwelve extensions: .com, .net, .org and .fr against the registry over RDAP, with an authoritative answer; .es, .de, .eu, .it, .pt, .io, .co and .app by DNS resolution. Each one states the method used.
Trade marksThree searches per name — exact, “contains” and by morphological root — across some seventy offices, with mark, office, file number, date, owner and classes. Those falling in your classes are flagged.
Phonetic neighbourhoodSystematic variants of your name — vowel swapped, voiced for voiceless consonant, syllable added or dropped — queried one by one. This is where the marks a literal search misses show up.
Nice classesWhich classes match the activity you declare, with the official wording and a proposed specification.
Environment and readingWhat search engines suggest in five countries and which reading rules of each language affect your name. Plus any undesirable word one step away.
ComparisonYour names side by side against six measurable criteria.
EvidenceA dump of every query: what was asked, of which source, when, and what it answered. This is what makes the report verifiable.

Questions

What people ask before buying

Does this tell me whether I can register the name?
No, and be wary of anyone who promises that for €190. We tell you what is registered, where and in which classes, with the evidence to verify it. Deciding whether a name is registrable, and whether there is a likelihood of confusion, is a professional judgement signed by a lawyer: that is the €890 level, and the opinion arrives as a separate document under the firm's own signature.
Why €190 when there are free tools?
The free ones are Anglo-Saxon: they generate names, check domains and screen the US register. None covers the Spanish and EU offices together, nor .es, .de, .fr and .eu domains, nor the phonetic neighbourhood, nor the reading in five languages, and none hands you the evidence for your lawyer to read. That is what you are paying for.
Do you use AI?
Yes, and we declare it at checkout and on the first page of the report, as article 50 of the EU AI Act requires. The data is not invented by a model: it comes from public registers, with the source and timestamp of every query. If a source does not answer, the report says “no data” and fills in nothing.
What if a check fails?
The report is not delivered half done. If a critical source fails, or more than a third of a group of checks, the file is held back and re-run. An incomplete report delivered is worse than a report that is late.
Can I get a refund?
The service starts running as soon as you give us the names, so at checkout you expressly waive the fourteen-day withdrawal right, as consumer law allows for services already performed. If the report comes out incomplete or with source errors, it is redone or refunded.
Does the report expire?
Yes. Trade mark and domain registers change every week. That is why every data point carries the time it was checked and the report is dated. A six-month-old report is context, not a check.

The wrong name costs more than a report

Redoing an identity, changing the domain, losing the registration to an opposition: any of the three costs more than €190. The check belongs before, not after.
