Subject. {{RAZÓN SOCIAL}} delivers a brand name audit report containing objective findings from public sources, in the classes and territories the client indicates. The report contains no legal advice, no opinion on registrability and no assessment of the likelihood of confusion.
Levels and prices. Report: €190 including VAT, up to three names, delivered in 24–72 hours. Report with legal opinion: €890 including VAT, including an opinion signed by a law firm on up to two names, delivered in 5–7 working days; each additional check by the firm, €150. The level with a legal opinion is currently offered to clients in Spain only.
Performance and withdrawal. The service starts as soon as the client provides the names. On ordering, the client expressly requests immediate performance and waives the fourteen-day right of withdrawal as regards the service already performed.
Quality. If the report is delivered incomplete, with a critical source missing or with errors attributable to our execution, it is redone at no cost or refunded, at the client's choice.
Expiry of the data. The registers consulted change continuously. Every data point carries the date and time it was checked. An absence of findings does not guarantee that a name is free of earlier rights.
Liability. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the report.
Governing law. Spanish law.
